What Matters Most


The health and happiness of our patients is what matters most. Our Quality of Care Program is intended to support departments in providing high quality care to our internal and external customers. We focus on a formal approach to the analysis of systematic efforts to improve quality.

On a daily basis, patients, both inpatient and outpatient, are encouraged to provide feedback of services offered to them through interviews, concurrent nursing audits and retrospective audits, carried out in an effort to identify strengths and shortfalls in order to come up with improvement strategies for poor performance or offer motivation where good performance was indicated.
