Seboche Hospital’s emergency medical services include our ambulance service and paramedic team. Transportation over the rocky mountain terrain of Lesotho can prove to be problematic for many our patients. Without our emergency services, individuals living in the mountain villages would not be able to receive treatment without considerable effort, if at all.
Mobile Healthcare Support
In addition to emergencies, we also use our ambulance service to provide mobile healthcare to our surrounding village communities. Many individuals in the surrounding villages, throughout the district, are unable to seek care due to lack of transportation and adequate infrastructure. We feel it is our responsibility as a hospital to bring comprehensive healthcare to those who cannot access our facilities on their own. Our mobile treatment team consists of various levels of professional and support staff, who travel 2- 4 times per month to existing and new patients in the villages.
Emergency Services are available 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
