MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP


 The Management Team is our decision-making body responsible for the day-to-day activities of the hospital. Their role is to develop the Human Resource policies and submit them to the Board for approval. Other activities include: deploy junior staff and facilitate disciplinary actions, make recommendations to the Board regarding the developmental activities to be carried out by the Hospital and offer feedback to the Board on the proceedings of the hospital.

Great leadership starts from the top down. Our talented team of managers, represent a strong collaboration of varied educational backgrounds and medical administrative experiences. The Management Team is comprised of the following members: medical superintendent, hospital administrator, primary healthcare director, hospital nursing manager, senior nursing officer, human resource officer, and senior accountant.  In addition to our management team, we have implemented staff led committees to maintain high standards in everything we do. The following committees have been created: Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Waste Management, HPTC, Wellness, Entertainment and Spiritual.
