GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE
Our management operates on two levels, the Hospital Board and Management Team. The Hospital Board is the decision-making body of the hospital, whose members are appointed by the Local Ordinary, the Bishop of the Diocese of Leribe, His Lordship Bishop Augustinus Bane OMI. Management Team Seboche Hospital Lesotho

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
The Management Team is our decision-making body responsible for the day-to-day activities of the hospital. Their role is to develop the Human Resource policies and submit them to the Board for approval. Other activities include: deploy junior staff and facilitate disciplinary actions, make recommendations to the Board regarding the developmental activities to be carried out by the Hospital and offer feedback to the Board on the proceedings of the hospital. Seboche Hospital is one of nine health facilities that fall within the jurisdiction of the Christian Health Association of Lesotho (CHAL), an organisation that was established in 1974 in order to co-ordinate health activities as undertaken by mission hospitals and clinics in Lesotho.
